The context
Jaguar developed a car configurator allowing users to customize any vehicle of their choice on its website. The goal is to encourage users to purchase one by allowing them to build their desired car from the ground up.
However, the brand needed a media partner capable of promoting its simulator to target audiences in premium environments. For this purpose, Jaguar partnered with Gamned! to run an acquisition campaign to enjoin potential customers to try its simulator.
A solution defined together
One of the main challenges for car brands is to keep users interested in completing their car configurator. This is because customers tend to leave the simulation before the end, thus preventing brands from converting visitors into leads.
This is where Gamned!'s media strategy comes into play and addresses Jaguar's issue. To encourage completion of the simulation, its retargeting strategy managed to loop the unconverted traffic back to the car configurator.
Jaguar got the best of traffic and lead generation in a single campaign. In fact, nearly half of website visitors (43%) had completed their simulation thanks to Gamned's loop retargeting strategy. On top of that, the campaign managed to optimize the cost per lead while keeping performances at the desired level.
